1. Who is in charge?

2. What data do we collect?

We keep it minimal. We only collect what is necessary to make your simulation work:

• Account Info: Your name and email address (so you can log back into your portfolio).
• Simulation Data: Your simulated buy/sell orders, portfolio picks, and performance history. This is just numbers on a screen—no real money is ever involved.
• Technical Bits: Your IP address or device type to help us fix bugs and keep the app secure.

3. Why do we need it?

We use your data strictly for:

• Running the simulation and calculating your "profits" or "losses."
• Sending you occasional educational tips about the Moroccan stock market (if you opt-in).
• Improving the app’s features based on how users interact with the simulator.

4. Who else sees your data?

We don’t sell your data to brokers, banks, or advertisers. We only share it with essential "sub-processors" like our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud) to keep the app running. If we ever transfer data outside of Morocco, we ensure it goes to countries with high security standards, as required by the CNDP.

5. How long do we keep it?

Your data stays with us as long as your account is active. If you decide to delete your account, your data is wiped from our active servers immediately.

6. Your Rights

Whether you are in Casablanca or Paris, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can ask us what data we have about you at any time.
• Right to Rectify: If your details are wrong, you can fix them in your profile.
• Right to Erase: You can ask us to delete everything we know about you (use the "Delete Account" button in Settings).
• Right to Object: You can tell us to stop sending you emails.
• Data Portability: You can ask for a copy of your simulation data.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your email and portfolio data. Since this is a simulation and we never ask for bank account numbers or credit cards, the risk to your actual finances is zero.
